Conflict Dynamics Profile
The Conflict Dynamics Profile assessment instrument is designed to help people better understand how they respond to conflict. Tony uses the CDP to measure how often people engage in certain constructive and destructive behaviors. The key differentiator is how people respond when conflict arises. Generally, constructive behaviors facilitate effective problem solving, and destructive behaviors prolong the conflict’s negativity.
